Both regular and student registrations Welcome Cocktail on 2nd March and Social Dinner on 4th March. Registration to the EUTypes Meeting includes the Welcome Cocktail on 2nd March. In case of any companion, it's possible to acquire extra tickets:
- Welcome Cocktail > 40,00 €
- Social Dinner > 80,00 €
EUTYPES FUNDING
The first two days of TYPES 2020, March 2 – 3 are organised by EUTypes Cost Action CA15123. On March 3 there will be the final EUTypes Management Committee (MC) meeting, and on both days there will be WG meetings. This means that members of the EUTypes MC will be invited for these 2 days through the e-cost system, and their cost of travel and stay will be covered. There will likely be some funding for a limited number of other speakers. The funding is subject to COST rules, and invitations will be sent out via the e-cost system.

Cancellation Policy
To cancel your registration please notify the Secretariat in writing to congress@stilema-to.it. Refunds will be made if cancellation reaches us before 14th February 2020. A fee of € 50 will be charged for processing the cancellation. No refund will be made for cancellations received after 15th February 2020 or for no shows.
Visa Invitation Letter
Visa Invitation Letter will only be issued to registrants whose registration fee has been paid in full. It is the registrant’s own responsibility to check with his/her local Italian Embassy or Consulate for all the required material to obtain a Visa to Italy for Types 2020. No refunds will be made after 15th February 2020 even if you cannot obtain a Visa to enter in Italy. After your registration, please fill out the Visa Invitation Letter Request Form and send it to PCO Stilema srl. Please make sure you include the copy of your hotel reservation. Please be sure to identify yourself in the Visa invitation letter request form if you have a designated role in the conference, such as keynote speaker, panelist, organizing committee member for workshop or main conference, session chair, etc. In order to request a VISA, please fill this form and email it to PCO Stilema srl.
